At Beautyfaunadyn, we want you to feel confident when purchasing our educational recovery planning resources. This policy describes your rights regarding refunds and the procedures for submitting a refund request. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

We distinguish between digital educational products (plan templates, worksheets, routine guides) and live consultation services, as refund eligibility differs for each category. All refund requests are reviewed individually and processed in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Digital Product Refunds

2.1 14-Day Satisfaction Period

If you purchase a digital educational product — including Foundation, Complete, or any standalone module — you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the purchase date, provided that:

  • You have not downloaded or accessed more than 20% of the purchased materials.
  • You provide a brief explanation of why the materials did not meet your expectations.
  • Your purchase was made directly through beautyfaunadyn.world and not through a third-party reseller.

2.2 After the 14-Day Period

Refund requests submitted after the 14-day satisfaction period will generally not be accepted for digital products, except where required by applicable law or where a technical issue prevented you from accessing purchased materials despite reasonable troubleshooting efforts with our support team.

2.3 Technical Access Issues

If you are unable to access purchased materials due to a technical fault on our end (broken download links, corrupted files, or server unavailability lasting more than 48 hours), contact us at assist@beautyfaunadyn.world within 7 days of purchase. We will either resolve the access issue or provide a full refund at your choice.

3. Consultation Service Refunds

3.1 Cancellation Before Session

For the Consultation tier ($99 single session), the following cancellation terms apply:

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled session: full refund.
  • Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the session: 50% refund or option to reschedule once at no additional cost.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session or no-show: no refund, but one complimentary reschedule may be offered at our discretion.

3.2 After Session Completion

Once a consultation session has been conducted, refunds are not available. The session fee covers the time and expertise of our planning advisor. If you experience dissatisfaction with the session, contact us within 7 days and we will work with you to address concerns, which may include a partial credit toward future educational products at our discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Items and Exclusions

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Products or services purchased more than 14 days ago where full access has been granted and materials have been downloaded.
  • Promotional or discounted bundles where the refund terms were explicitly stated differently at the time of purchase.
  • Gift purchases where the recipient has already redeemed and accessed the materials.
  • Requests based on dissatisfaction with personal outcomes from using educational materials, as individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, follow these steps:

  1. Email assist@beautyfaunadyn.world with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Order Number]."
  2. Include your full name, email address used for purchase, order date, and product or service purchased.
  3. Provide a brief reason for the refund request.
  4. For consultation cancellations, include the scheduled session date and time.

Our support team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed as described in Section 6 below.

6. Refund Processing and Timeline

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit or debit card refunds: processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank may require additional time to reflect the credit in your account.
  • PayPal refunds: processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Other payment methods: processing times vary by provider; we will inform you of the expected timeline upon approval.

Upon refund approval, your access to the associated digital materials will be revoked. Download links will be deactivated, and you agree to delete any copies of the materials from your devices.

Refund amounts include the product purchase price only. Transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Partial Refunds and Credits

In certain situations, we may offer a partial refund or store credit instead of a full refund:

  • When you have accessed between 20% and 50% of digital materials but experienced a documented technical issue with remaining content.
  • When a consultation session was partially completed due to connectivity issues on our end.
  • When you wish to exchange one product tier for a lower tier within the 14-day satisfaction period.

Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and may be applied toward any educational product or service offered on our website.

8. Consumer Protection Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. Residents of the European Union may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Directive, including a 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts. California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act.

If mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide rights that exceed those described in this policy, those laws shall prevail to the extent of any conflict.

9. Disputes and Escalation

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may request escalation by replying to our decision email with additional information supporting your case. A senior team member will review the matter within 5 business days and provide a final determination.
